To offer users greater flexibility in accessing reseller services, GNAME provides a subscription fee refund for users who upgrade from the Reseller Subscription Plan to the Basic or Advanced Plan within 48 hours of activation.
I. Refund Policy
1. After successfully activating the Reseller Subscription Plan, you can receive a full refund of your subscription fee ($19.00) to your account balance if you upgrade to the Basic or Advanced Plan within 48 hours.
2. The 48-hour refund period begins upon successful activation of the Subscription Plan. Upgrades completed after this period will not qualify for a refund of the current subscription fee.
II. How to Claim Your Refund
1. Log in to your GNAME account and go to the Reseller page.
2. Within 48 hours of activating the Subscription Plan, select the Basic or Advanced Reseller Plan and complete the upgrade.
3. Once your upgrade is successful and all refund requirements are met, the system will automatically refund the full subscription fee ($19.00) to your account balance.
III. Important Notes
1. The refund applies only to the $19.00 Reseller Subscription Plan fee. It does not cover the cost of upgrading to the Basic or Advanced Plan.
2. The exact refund deadline will be provided via GNAME's in-site messages and email notifications. Please check these notifications and complete your upgrade before the deadline.
